You might want to run 'apt --fix-broken install' to correct these.

Wystarczy edytować plik sources.list i usunąć podwójne wpisy.
I sudo apt remove wine* to usunie wszelkie jego wersje i zależności.
A potem sudo apt install wine i powinno działać.
Rozwiązałem kilka twoich problemów według poradnika z ubuntu.
https://askubuntu.com/questions/1286545/what-commands-exactly-should-replace-the-deprecated-apt-keyTo:
file winehq.key
sudo gpg --no-default-keyring --keyring --import winehq.key
sudo gpg --no-default-keyring --keyring --export winehq.gpg
sudo wget -nc https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/winehq.key | gpg --no-default-keyring --keyring --import winehq.key
sudo gpg --no-default-keyring --keyring --export winehq.key -> winehq.gpg
Lub
sudo gpg --no-default-keyring --keyring winehq.key -> winehq.gpg
sudo mv winehq.gpg /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/
Powodzenia
Postępując zgodnie z Twoimi instrukcjami uzyskałam coś takiego
CytatE: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt --fix-broken install' with no packages (or specify a solution).

wine is already the newest version (5.0.3-3).

Wpisujesz sudo apt --fix-broken install.
Co do play on linux nie ma już go w debianie 11 jest za to q4wine.
Czyli sudo apt install q4wine*
Witaj. Podstawę systemu stanowi zmodyfikowane jądro Gentoo a uruchamianie aplikacji linuksowych umożliwia wirtualna maszyna z Debianem.
